1. Purpose and Scope

This page explains the procedure for authorized law enforcement agencies and relevant government authorities seeking information or assistance in connection with a lawful investigation involving SharkTrade Pro.

Requests must relate to a legitimate legal matter and be submitted by an individual or agency with appropriate authority.

2. Who May Submit a Request?

Requests may be submitted by appropriately authorized representatives of law enforcement agencies, courts, regulatory authorities, and other government bodies acting within their legal powers.

Private individuals and organizations should use the platform's ordinary support channels for general complaints or account-related concerns unless a formal legal process applies.

3. Information Required

To help us assess a request, the submitting authority should provide the following information where applicable:

• The name and official contact details of the requesting agency.
• The full name and official identification of the authorized officer.
• A valid case or investigation reference number.
• A clear description of the information being requested.
• The relevant legal authority, order, warrant, or other applicable documentation.
• Relevant account identifiers or other details needed to locate the records.
• The jurisdiction and applicable deadline, if any.

4. How Requests Are Reviewed

Each request should be assessed for authenticity, legal validity, jurisdiction, scope, and compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Where necessary and legally permitted, clarification or additional documentation may be requested before a decision is made.

SharkTrade Pro may challenge, narrow, or decline requests that are invalid, excessively broad, improperly submitted, or not supported by an appropriate legal basis.

5. User Information and Privacy

Any disclosure of user information must be supported by an appropriate legal basis and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Only information that the platform actually holds and is legally permitted or required to disclose may be considered for release. SharkTrade Pro does not represent that it possesses records or information that it does not maintain.

6. Emergency Requests

Requests involving an imminent threat to life, serious physical injury, or another qualifying emergency should clearly identify the nature of the emergency, the potential harm, the relevant individuals or accounts, and the reason immediate action is required.

Emergency requests remain subject to appropriate verification and applicable law. Submission of an emergency request does not guarantee immediate disclosure or a particular outcome.

7. Preservation of Records

Where permitted by law, authorized authorities may request the preservation of specific records relevant to an investigation. Such requests should identify the records concerned, the applicable legal basis, and the requested preservation period.

Any preservation request is subject to the platform's actual record-retention capabilities and applicable legal obligations.

8. Notification of Affected Users

Where legally permitted and reasonably appropriate, affected users may be notified when information concerning them is requested or disclosed. Notification may be delayed or withheld where required or authorized by law, including where notification could compromise an investigation or create a safety risk.

9. Submission and Contact

Authorized representatives should submit formal requests through an official contact channel designated by SharkTrade Pro. Requests should include the necessary legal documentation and verifiable agency contact information.

10. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or the platform's operational procedures. The latest revision date will be displayed at the top of this page.
